While Sin City is known for breaking ground on the latest trends and the newest gadgets, Meghan O’Hara has found a unique style of her own. Meghan describes herself as an old soul of the ‘40s, admiring icons Rita Hayworth and Fred Astaire. While being a Las Vegas native, the influence of Vintage Vegas was a perfect match, yet she mixes it up with modern styles found in many cultures found abroad that she has visited or plans to visit in the near future. Las Vegas is a melting pot and by spending time with so many people from around the globe, her eyes have been opened and it shows.

Meghan finds her personal expressions in many forms. Tattooing, fashion, and modeling are some of her outlets where her distinctive style radiates. “I’m driven by youth cultural arts, such as graffiti and skateboarding,” Meghan said, “Yes, I consider skateboarding an art form.” However, there is more to Meghan than meets the eye. She finds peace in studying Eastern philosophy and yoga, while finding beauty in the smallest day-to-day things.
Even at a quick glance, it’s simple to see that Meghan’s
‘59 Rambler is another extension of her distinguished personality. Her uncle, Dennis Newberry, gave it to her as a Christmas gift. It was the perfect match. Dennis wanted to build a “classic Barbie car” and used Meghan as his inspiration. This Rambler boasts a six-cylinder 232 cid motor, but it’s the pink/white interior and exterior that really sets it apart. “From the time I was a little girl, I enjoyed watching [Dennis] build classic cars from the frame up to the finished product. His craftsmanship and his eye for detail are very inspiring,” Meghan proudly recalls.

Just as the neon lights and the hot rod communities are ingrained in the Las Vegas culture, Meghan keeps the heritage of pin-up photography alive. And Meghan is one hot pin-up with one
hot ride.
