OBC - Downtown

Streets Run Red Ride hosted by the Las Vegas club Hammer & Cycle. Everyone gathered at the Launch pad at The Stratosphere. on Saturday night, everyone came out to ride. An estimated 400-500 riders started their way down the Las Vegas Blvd, around the casinos through Naked City. The first stop, The new Mint Lounge.

There was a live band and lots of TV's. Everyones eyes were on the hockey game, Vegas Knighs were tied 3-3 in overtime. Music, rounds of beers then a huge cheers. The Knights won.... well, we thought they did till they took it back.

The call to roll out came. We all posted up outside and we rounded up a few hundred people. The ride continued through Naked City to a hole in the wall bar called The Hard Hat Lounge.

From the Hard Hat Lounge we rode towards the Downtown Arts District. Through the neighborhoods and the back alleys to the Cornish Pasty. It was for some, the end of the group ride and where the party began. Live music, beer and food. The band Los Carajos was setting when we got there. The Mexican punk rock band killed it, we will have to follow them and check out their next show. The Implosions followed and kept the crowd going. 

We hung around for a while and headed back to Stratosphere and other headed back in groups towards Downtown.

We look forward to next years OBC and all the rides from here to there with the local crews.
